About the
Stewardship Department of the UPCI
God
placed man as a steward and not an owner of the possessions which he
has accumulated. David wrote in Psalm 24:1, “The earth is the
Lord's, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell
therein.” It is clear from this that everything we have and enjoy
really belong to God.
The
Stewardship department of the United Pentecostal Church is working
to provide education in understanding that we are not owners but He
has given us the use of our possessions to take care of our families
and the work of God as well as ways to channel God’s blessings for
the work of the Kingdom.
We will provide education on ways to be a wise steward of your
material blessings through publications, website, and seminars. The
major focus will be accomplished by providing personalized advice
and plans for “gift and estate designs” utilizing bequests, gift
annuities, trusts, insurance policies, and retirement plans. After
we provide this “gift and estate design” you can take it to your
attorney and/or CPA to put your personal plan together. In this way,
you can channel God’s blessings during your life to take care of
your family and also fulfill the great commission and get “the whole
gospel to the whole world.”
This web site is packed with information to help you discover the
types of gifts you can give and basic information about how to go
about making that gift. If we can help you please feel free to
contact us.
